I am a Mother of two young children. And like most Mothers, I do everything I can to make sure my kids are happy and healthy. But sometimes, being a Mother is hard. Really hard. There are days when I feel like I can’t do anything right. When I’m so tired I can’t even think straight. When all I want to do is hide away in my room and take a break from it all. That’s where cannabis comes in.
Cannabis has helped me in so many ways as a Mother. It relaxes me when I’m feeling stressed, helps me sleep when I’m struggling to get any rest, and gives me the energy I need to keep going when I feel like I can’t do it anymore. For me, cannabis is an essential part of my self-care routine as a Mother. And I’m not the only one. More and more Mothers I know are sharing how cannabis helps them cope with the demands of parenting.

Cannabis is an effective tool for managing the stress of parenting because it helps us relax without making us feel out of control or “stoned.” Also, I’ve always known that my nightly glass (or more) of wine isn’t the best for my health or energy level the following day. For me, cannabis is an essential part of my self-care routine as a Mother.
